Blanquisco explained that, while at the airport, he tripped and fell on the escalator which caused him to leave the scene due to injury.

“On September 24th, I was on my way to Pittsburgh… And at the airport, my partner and I were going up the escalator. When we were about to go up, there was a young man holding his bag. So I think I didn’t see him because he was coming from behind. By mistake, dangerous men, by mistake he hit me with his big bag. And so of course my natural reaction is to go back. So when I went back, I leaned up, and I fell down the escalator.”

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first Bikini Olympia to come out of the 60th Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness and Performance Weekend. It means that this is the second time in a row that ‘The Mutant’ has not reached the Olympia stage.

In addition, Men’s Open standout Tonio Burton ruled out the 2024 Mr. Olympia. He and his coach have confirmed that he is looking for time to improve his body while focusing on health. his own. They also said that the move encouraged him because he wanted to stop using drugs that increase health.

Maureen Blanquisco, who knows the taste of Olympia victory, will not be there this week. However, with three-time Miss Bikini Olympia Ashley Kaltwasser and three-time Arnold Classic champion Lauralie Chapados, the event is still brimming with talent.
